Providing the design world with sustainable and aesthetically pleasing materials is nothing new for Stone Italiana. The company has long adhered to an internal Green vision. Stone Italiana publishes external public reports on their Green Vision as evidence of the company’s commitment to a greener world and achieving a circular economy through greater use of recycled aggregates. This commitment drives the company to continuously innovate and focus on increasing the levels of recycled materials in all of their products, on creating products that are low in volatile organic compounds and safe for food, and on reducing the company’s overall carbon footprint by installing of photovoltaics and network economizers installed in their production sites.
In addition to the Gloss and Matt Grain 2.0 surfaces, Stone Italiana offers two other exclusive finishes. These are Rocface and Rocplan: the first is original and unique, and the second has a homogeneous structure.
Rocface creates irregular and undulating surfaces generated by the forces acting on the protective paper covering the quartz plates during the pressing process. The resulting plates are “dynamic”, each different from the others. Rocplan, a new product recently introduced to the market, is a coating reminiscent of traditional stone sandblasting, but using a high-tech process that guarantees color absorption and toning.

CMT Essential Collection
CMT Essential is the latest collection from Stone Italiana and is the meeting point between quartz production and their 100% recycled material Cosmolite®. Stone Italiana have selected six of their most popular quartz colors and recreated them for the future using the manufacturing process to create their innovative Cosmolite® material.
Micro collection
A collection of neutral and contemporary shades, mostly in cooler tones, Micro owes its name to a grain texture that is finer than that of most other quartz surfaces.
Materia collection
Materia is a wide palette that offers architects and designers unlimited possibilities of expression, a response to the visual requirements of “modern design”, which gives additional importance to the presence of stone in the project. The Materia collection has been enhanced in a sensory sense: shades of white, gray and pastel colors presented in many different finishes, as if they were sheets of paper of different thicknesses, weights and glosses to be admired and above all touched. Materials that can be used to express a personal design identity. The Materia collection is available in Grain and Rocplan 2.0 finishes.
KStone Collection
A compact collection designed with the look and colors of natural marble, specifically for use as kitchen worktops. Stone Italiana interprets stone without imitating it, creating a unique product with consistent specifications and performance in which each slab is different in terms of color and veining. Both colors are available in both gloss and matte finishes.

Marmorea Collection
Marmorea is a collection of engineered quartz slabs with a solid grain, identical to marble in appearance, while maintaining the technical specifications and non-porous treatment that are hallmarks of quartz from Stone Italiana. Its lower environmental impact, improved technical characteristics and remarkably high gloss make it a responsible alternative to quarry products. Marmorea tiles are available in Gloss, Natural and Rocplan 2.0 finishes.
Cosmolite®
Cosmolite is a new high-tech slab material made from non-quartz aggregates that are 100% recycled waste minerals. This new material – Cosmolite® – provides the design world with a new choice in terms of sustainability and aesthetics; a wonderful embodiment of Stone Italiana’s long-standing green directive.
Cosmolite® is easy to process, manufacture and handle and has the technical characteristics that come with all Stone Italiana products; easy to clean, scratch and stain resistant and heat resistant up to 180 degrees C. Certification includes LEED v4, UL GREENGUARD GOLD and NSF /ANSI 51 Std. Food contact confirming the green credentials, low VOC emissions and safety of Cosmolite® in a variety of applications such as kitchen and bathroom worktops, stairs, interior cladding, etc.
Cosmolite is created by vacuum vibrocompression of crushed aggregates mixed with a small amount of polymeric binder. The aggregates are 100% recycled minerals before use, other than quartz, and part of the polymer binder is derived from renewable plant sources obtained from non-genetically modified (non-GM) and identity preserved (IP) plants.
Cosmo Collection
The natural patterns in the three colors in the Cosmo range bring a soft modern touch to the look and beauty of ancient terrazzo. Gently curved larger fragments and delicate swirls are outlined in a complementary primary color with an overall grain. Visually dramatic and eye-catching, the three colors in the Cosmo range are:

Meteor Collection
The Meteor range includes a monochrome variant and three neutral colours, each with an interesting and subtle grain pattern. Multiple tones, small inclusions and stains combine to create an understated contemporary rustic style that creates warmth.
Planet Collection
Subtle variation in composition and coloring characterizes the three color variants of the Planet range. Soft creams, grays and blacks include multiple shades of gray swirls that look like natural veining in the delicate grain base. Planet’s soothing palette of three options will look good anywhere.
